Based on Tortoise and the Hare by Aesop

Squiglet draws a tortoise called Tiloo who is on his way to a race with Harry, a speedy hare. Harry beats Tiloo every time with the help of his rocket-powered trainers. But a look at the squiggle pad gives Squiglet an idea of how to even things out. He scribbles Tiloo a pair of roller-skates, so he can now give Harry a really close race.
