Synopsis

Ben Anderson continues his journey along the hazard-strewn West African coast, an area synonymous with wars, drugs, diamonds and corruption. In impoverished Ivory Coast, he explores a Catholic basilica that's taller than the Vatican in Rome, while in Benin -one of the region's most stable democratic countries - he discovers voodoo leaders are still held in high esteem.
