Un Chien Andalou (1929)

Luis Bunuel, who made his name with this short shocking film in 1929, is one of the great exponents of surrealism in the cinema. An Andalusian Dog, which Bunuel co-wrote with his friend Salvador Dali, includes some of the most searing and memorable images filmed.
