The armies of the Duke of York and Queen Margaret have recently fought a battle at St. Albans. York and his sons won the day but Margaret escaped taking King Henry with her.

Part Thirteen of a fifteen-part BBC series comprising Shakespeare’s history plays from Richard II to Richard III (the two tetralogies). This is the fifth and final part of Henry VI. The Duke of York was killed at Wakefield, but his son Edward won at Towton. Henry VI is Edward's prisoner. Warwick proclaims the new Duke of York, King Edward IV.
