New Updates to the ERA Video Streaming Platform
We’ve updated our Video Streaming Platform to make it even easier for teachers to browse and search from our collection of educational clips.
Our Video Streaming Platform is home to an ever-growing collection of thousands of TV and radio programmes. The latest updates have been designed to make it even simpler for teachers to browse, search and use our extensive collection of curriculum-aligned video clips and resources. Whether you’re a history teacher exploring Medieval Britain or a geography teacher seeking materials on Coastal Landscapes, our platform enhancements will help you find suitable content in seconds.
Enhanced features for a dynamic teaching experience
Our Video Streaming Platform hosts thousands of expertly clipped and tagged TV and radio broadcasts, tailored to meet classroom needs across the UK. With our new updates, you can now:
- Bookmark clips for future lessons: Save essential clips and programmes with our new bookmark feature, to help with lesson planning or to aid professional development.
- Manage resources with your personal profile: Keep all your bookmarked content in one place with the personal profile page, making it easier to focus on your teaching and learning goals.
- Add private notes: Use the private notes tool to jot down key time codes, lesson ideas, or discussion points. These notes remain linked to the videos, keeping your teaching resources organised.
Whether you’re using the Video Streaming Platform to support whole-class discussions, intervention programmes, or to inform strategies across a subject department, these updates ensure you have everything you need at your fingertips.
